Five Kings Auto sells aftermarket parts for multiple car makes.

Cancellation/Refund and Returns Policy
If your order needs to be changed or canceled, please contact us immediately at info@fivekingsauto.com or by filling out the Return Authorization Form here. We will try to accommodate changes but once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee the order can be changed or canceled. Please double check that your order details are correct before submitting your order.
If an order cannot be canceled, please contact us to set up a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) once your order has been received. Any fees outlined in our Returns Policy will apply to this order.

Order Acceptance
Five Kings Auto reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time without notice. Some situations that may result in the cancellation of an order include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, errors in product or pricing information, or problems that are identified by our Credit and Fraud Prevention Department. In some cases, we must contact you to obtain and verify additional information before accepting an order. If your order is canceled for any reason or additional information is required, Five Kings Auto may contact you by email and/or phone. Please be sure that you verify your contact information on the order as it must be valid to be accepted. If the contact information is fictitious or invalid we reserve the right to cancel an order.
Pricing or Typographical Errors
While Five Kings Auto strives to provide accurate product pricing and information, pricing and typographical errors may occur. In rare cases, we cannot confirm product pricing and/or availability until after an order has been placed. In the event that a pricing or typographical error exists with any product or service offered, Five Kings Auto reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time without notice. In most pricing or typographical error situations, Five Kings Auto will contact you for further instruction or cancel your order with email and/or phone notification. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
In some cases Five Kings Auto uses generic or representative images of certain products, as the manufacturer has not provided us with images specific to each and every part. Please make sure to read all product descriptions, features, as well as application data to ensure that the part is what you are looking for.

By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you will be opted in to receive Five Kings Auto marketing messages at the email address provided. If at any time you wish to stop receiving these marketing messages, please use the unsubscribe feature at the bottom of each email.

Five Kings Auto does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to fivekingsauto.com (including feedback, reviews and photos) or post, upload, input or submit to any Five Kings Auto Site or our associated services (collectively “Submissions”). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you are granting Five Kings Auto, our affiliated companies and necessary sublicensees permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission.
No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. Five Kings Auto is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and may remove any Submission at any time in Five Kings Auto’s sole discretion.
By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.
Warranty Policy
Five Kings Auto offers a standard 1 year warranty on select products. Items that qualify to be covered by warranty will have it specified on the listing of the product. If no warranty is specified the item will only be covered for 30 days as per our Shipping & Returns policy.
Our Warranty Policy only covers manufacturer’s defects or malfunction. We do not cover misuse, damage, loss or problems due to incorrect installations.
Warranty is non-transferable and linked to the original customer’s email or account used to place the order. To open a warranty request, please log in to your account and follow the steps under Warranty Claim.
We reserve the right to reject warranty requests that we deem unfit at our sole our discretion.
Our warranty policy may be changed at any time without notice.
Changes to Terms
Five Kings Auto reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which fivekingsauto.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Five Kings Auto encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
