Return Policy

Customers who received an incorrect or defective product will be issued a return shipping label from Five Kings Auto.

Please note: Returns will have the original shipping charges deducted from the refund.

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the customer receiving the product.

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns that do not have a valid RMA number may be refused, or incur additional processing time.

  • Returns must be uninstalled and in new, resellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is damaged during return shipping or is missing any parts or components.

  • If any component of the returned product is missing, we reserve the right to reject the entire return or impose additional charges for replacement of the missing component(s).

  • We will not accept a return of an item that is damaged or defective if it has been used or installed. Please inspect all orders as soon as you receive them and contact info@fivekingsauto.com within 72 hours.

  • Unless you’ve received an incorrect or defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping charges, and a restocking fee may be applied if the item is not in re-sellable condition

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless they receive an incorrect (we shipped the wrong product) or defective item.

When shipping an item back to us, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or any other carrier that offers signature confirmation and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. The customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges, and all risk of loss during return shipment.

In the case a replacement product was sent, we will send you a UPS return tag to return the product back to us. If the original item is not returned within 30 days the customer will be responsible for the cost of the replacement item that was sent.

If any component of the returned product is missing, we reserve the right to reject the entire return or impose additional charges for replacement of the missing component(s). The condition of the product will be determined at our discretion. Products sent back with damaged or missing packaging will be refused or returned to you at your expense.

Installation costs will not be covered by Five Kings Auto for any returned product.

Five Kings Auto reserves the right to change or amend the return policy and procedures at any time without notification.

Return Process

  1. Complete the Return Authorization form at the bottom of this list.

  2. Upon review, you will be issued an RMA number.

  3. Ensure the product is packed correctly and in its original packaging.

  4. Make sure the RMA number is included on the return shipping label.

  5. Returns will be processed within 72 hours of receipt unless a valid RMA number is not present.

Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive an item that has been damaged during transit, please email us within 72 hours of receipt, and we will set up a claim for the product. Once this claim has been processed by we will reach out to you to return the product and send out a replacement.

We may request pictures to further assist with the completion of the claim. The shipping carrier will reach out to you after the claim has been filed over the phone; please provide a reliable contact number when setting up your damage claim.

Replacement orders will be placed as soon as we are informed of the damaged package pending the authorization provided by the shipping carrier. UPS typically requires up to eight business days from the time the claim is started. USPS can require from five to ninety business days, depending on your country’s time requirement that has been set forth. FedEx can require from twenty-one to twenty-eight business days from the time the claim is started. Please be sure to cooperate with the investigation and any questions that the carrier may have during this time. Five Kings Auto will only provide replacement products for damaged or missing products. Five Kings Auto will not provide refunds for any damaged or missing product under any circumstances.

Unauthorized Returns

Packages will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. 

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

Packages will be returned back to us by the carrier if they cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, are not picked up from a shipping facility, or if the recipient refuses delivery. All packages returned to us for the above reasons can take up to 3 weeks to be processed. We may charge you a 25% restocking fee at our discretion.

Free Shipping

Five Kings Auto will run seasonal promotions throughout the year where orders may feature free shipping.

Shipping carriers

Depending on the item weight and dimensions shipments will be processed via USPS, FedEx or UPS. 

UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so we strongly recommend that you provide a physical delivery address to avoid delaying your shipment.

For your safety and ours, orders above $500 will require insurance and signature confirmation. 

Estimated Time of Arrival

Our orders are usually processed and handled within 24 hours. (Some exceptions on certain items may apply)

Five Kings Auto ships from Tampa, Florida. Depending on your proximity and shipping carrier most orders can take 2-7 business days to arrive. 

International Shipping

Please e-mail us to check if we ship to your country. International orders may be accepted and processed at our discretion. 

We are not responsible for import duties/taxes or any additional fees charged by Customs at the destination country.
