Order Confirmation

If your order was processed successfully you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details. If you did not receive an e-mail within a few minutes of placing the order please check your e-mail junk folder. 

Phone Orders

At this time we do not accept phone orders. Transactions placed through our site are protected by 256 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and are processed securely through different payment processors such as Authorize.net, Apple Pay or PayPal.

All order confirmations are sent via e-mail, please make sure you have the correct and most updated e-mail on file to receive order confirmation, shipping details and seasonal promotions! 

Declined Payments

The payment can be declined for multiple reasons, the most common are;

  1. The billing address and zip code do not match your input. If you had recent events where changes may have happened (moving to another address or splitting bank joint accounts) please contact your bank and check your current billing address.
  2. International orders may be declined and will require additional screening prior to processing. Please contact us to verify if we can ship to your country and get an accurate quote.
  3. Since car parts can get pricey, some banks will raise red flags on big purchases. You may receive a text/call to verify the transaction. Once you verify, you may retry to submit the payment again. 
  4. The credit card CVV security code does not match.

Finance Options

We do not offer any financing options or payment installments at this time. All purchases must be paid in full. 

Order Cancellations

Please e-mail us at info@fivekingsauto.com to cancel your order as soon as possible.

If the order has been processed and shipped before we receive the cancellation request additional restocking/shipping fees may apply – as outlined in our Returns Policy. 

Errors while checking out with PayPal

The most common issue tends to be an incorrect address or improperly typed. Sometimes apartment or suite numbers like “#2” will trigger errors. You may try different variants such as “Apt 2”.
